1. Upload the concept note before asking people to apply for the course.
2. Prepare a schedule of the entire 12-day course and circulate it among the participants before day 1 of the course.
3. Have resource persons who teach the subject professionally rather than having resource persons from other subjects. There is a reason why separate subjects exist.
4. Have resource persons circulate some material before their lectures so that participants can follow the lectures better.
5. Ask resource persons to speak about mainstream material. Speaking about recondite aspects is not refreshing knowledge. It is learning new things. For a 1-hour module, it is unfair to expect participants to find out about something completely different from what their profession demands.
